Welcome to the Leaders' Lounge where we assess, coach, and train leaders using John Maxwell's leadership programs.

Our instructors are certified, with at least a decade of experience, providing leadership training onsite at your location or virtually, through instructor-led training where you can ask questions and get answers in real-time. 

What you can expect in the Leaders' Lounge

In addition to John's content, you will also experience:

Program Logistics

It's a 12-hour program delivered *virtually, for three weeks, during times to accommodate every busy schedule. 

Lunch Learners meet Monday through Thursday, 12:00 - 1:00 pm Central Time, September 9 through September 26

Evening Eagles meet Monday through Thursday, 6:30 - 7:30 pm Central Time, September 9 through September 26

Weekend Warriors meet on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Central Time, September 14, 21, and 28

Where are you on your leadership journey?

If you are new to leadership and interested in the full 12-hour program, you can choose the leadership bundle and save. For only $99, you attend all sessions and have access to the leaders' lounge. 

If you have already had leadership training in the past and are just looking to sharpen a skill or two, you are at the right place. You can attend any course for only $9.99. Email lead@johnmaxwell.org and let us know which course(s) you are interested in. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Before class starts, you will be invited to the Leaders' Lounge where instructions for joining the sessions and other important details will be posted
